The Baltimore dining room conjures up a 1930’s transatlantic crossing — with polished surfaces, wicker chairs, vintage leather sofas and leafy palms. Bloom’s blossoms as a stylish combination of the art deco glamour of the 1920s glory with irreverent revamps of the 70’s and 80’s. The result is a decadent reimagining of glitz and grime, where dreams are sublimated and angels and sinners find communion under carousel lights. The cocktail menu draws inspiration from the Roaring 20s, featuring famous drinks from the 70s and spirit-forward classics of the Prohibition era.
