About

Bar Dalí is a subterranean tapas bar in Baltimore’s Mount Vernon, from James Beard Award–winning chef Spike Gjerde in collaboration with Hotel Ulysses. Inspired by Spanish tapas culture, it serves seasonal, locally sourced small plates alongside vermouth, cocktails, and beer.
